Generosity Liturgy

Every Sunday we gather to say this giving liturgy to remind us of our call to be generous with our whole lives, especially with our tithes and offerings:

Father, everything we have comes from your hand

Jesus gave His life for us, so all we have belongs to You.

I won’t spend just on myself — I will give with joy.

Help me be generous so no one among us is in need.

Teach me to be faithful with the little things so You can trust me with more.

I give because You are generous, and I want the world to see what You are like. Amen.

We want to continually draw closer to the Kingdom standards of giving that Jesus has taught us. We invite you to be a part of what God is doing at The BLVD Church. 

We believe this can happen in three ways:

1. If you are not already giving, we invite you to start giving. 

2. If you are giving periodically, we invite you to begin regular, recurring donations.

3. If you have been giving regularly, thank you so much! We invite you to ask God if there are any ways He is inviting you into further generosity.

Breaking Bread with the BLVD

The BLVD was planned for and started while breaking bread. Conversations among friends turned into potluck dinners among believers after the Sunday service and eventually into life groups meeting weekly in living rooms, playgrounds, office buildings, and more. We believe that intentional conversation and relationship-building is surrounded by food and in 2023, we raised the funds to build our commercial kitchen. It is through your generous donations that this kitchen is here and being used to further our mission of “discovering God’s love with our neighbors."
