JESUS
Jesus Christ is the person of the Trinity whom became incarnate, God in the flesh, and walked this earth for a specific mission, to save humanity from our brokenness and the brokenness of the world. The action of saving humanity does not only hold true for our afterlife, but also life here on earth. (Matthew 3:2)
TRINITY
We believe that God is three persons (Father, Son, and Holy Spirit) in one. Through God’s provision we are able to share with each other and tell testimony of God’s faithfulness. Through Jesus Christ we are able to live our lives in the freedom that we obtain through his broken body and the blood shed on the cross. Through the Holy Spirit we are able to be reminded of God’s love, and this empowers us to share the love with those who may not know the Triune God.
SALVATION
It is also through the Spirit that we obtain freedom and salvation; the Apostle Paul says, “Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is freedom” (2 Corinthians 3:17). It is by the spirit that we become united with Christ, and once we are united with Christ, we can never be separated from God’s love. It was for this love that Christ came down to earth and went to the cross, and it was this love that triumphed over death and sin—that is why the Apostle Paul describes salvation as freedom. Freedom from ourselves, freedom from sin, and freedom from the fear of death.
FAITH COMMUNITY
Dietrich Bonhoeffer once said, “The more genuine and the deeper our community becomes… the more clearly and purely will Jesus Christ and His work become the one and only thing that is vital between us.” 1 We believe that we cannot do this thing called life alone. We need each other to do life, grow in our relationships with Jesus, and be the difference makers God has called us to be.

SOCIAL JUSTICE
We believe that Social Justice is  a call from our modern culture and that it originated in scripture. The ways of Jesus (and so many others) are not only to be read and pondered but those actions are to push us up out of our seats and seek justice in our churches, communities, and the world.
By fighting for justice, one fights not only the people who sit on their thrones but also fights for something bigger than that one person of power.  One fights against the evil work the enemy is doing to divide the communities in which we live.
The one who fights for reconciliation not only imitates Christ as he walked this earth, but by the power of God defeats the devil and brings heaven on earth.
“For our struggle is not against enemies of blood and flesh, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers of this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places.” (Eph 6:12)
